1. Agreement to terms

These terms govern your use of the antox.io website and the design, development, and marketing services we provide. By using our site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

antox.io is a web design and marketing studio operating in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Our services

We design and build websites, set up CRM and automation, and run lead-capture and follow-up systems. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are agreed with you in writing before work begins.

Our free website preview and free audit are provided to help you decide. They carry no obligation to purchase and do not transfer any ownership until a paid agreement is in place.

3. Quotes, payment, and subscriptions

Prices are quoted per project or as a monthly plan. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, and it will end at the close of your current billing period.

Setup fees and work already delivered are non-refundable unless required by law. Hosting, domains, and third-party tools may carry their own fees, which we will make clear before you commit.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and the content, access, and approvals we need to do the work. You confirm that any text, images, or logos you give us are yours to use or properly licensed.

You are responsible for the lawful use of any lead-capture, messaging, or advertising systems we set up, including obtaining consent where required.

5. Ownership and licence

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website content and design we deliver for you. We may keep a copy for our records and feature the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party software, fonts, plugins, and platforms remain the property of their owners and are used under their own licences.

6. Warranties and liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volumes, or revenue, as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work completed up to the end date remain payable. We may suspend or end services if these terms are breached.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its updated date. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
